The Fitness 360 Project Building a Better Body Fitness 360 Style!

The Introduction

Every great blog must have a great starting off point and a classy introduction, but this really isn't going to be a fluff piece about someone's day to day life so we'll dispense with all the unnessicary words right from the get go and get down to the point. This blog is about the Fitness 360 experience coming from the viewpoint of a new client. Someone who has always worked out, just not at Fitness 360 before, or with a personal trainer.

I invite you to join me as I chronicle my time spent at Fitness 360. The interactions, the workouts, the personal touch and of course my thoughts about all of the above and more! But first, a little background... I'm starting at Fitness 360 this evening for the first time ever. I come from an athletic background and have played numerous sports throughout high school and basketball in college. Moving to California almost five years ago I developed a love for golf yet still maintained by passion for basketball, lifiting and running. One could also add wakeboarding, football and the occasional winter sport to my interests.

I have never worked out with a personal trainer before but have recieved numerous instruction as part of team workouts and college sports. To be honest I don't know quite what to expect from Fitness 360 but know that the trainers come highly recommondened from friends and clients of mine in Stockton. I invite you to read my experience at Fitness 360 over the course of my time training at Fitness 360................... It should be an interesting one!
