For a man that burns through challenges the way he helps his clients shed pounds Shelly Hollis is quickly becoming the latest and greatest asset at Fitness 360. A local product of first Bear Creek High School and then Delta College, Hollis has turned his passion of competition into a great training tool for his clients at Fitness 360."I'm just addicted to the challenge, whatever it is in any form," says Hollis. "Being an athlete you carry that with you but it's really transferred into helping my clients reach their goals. I'll make them get up with me at 5:30 in the morning just to do cardio with me. That's the things you gotta do if you're serious about making gains."And making gains is something that's not just a hobby for Hollis but also become his business. He routinely competes in everything from triathalons to marathons and the occasional lightweight bodybuilding show. It's that dedication to success that has taken him to the next level and he hopes can help take his clients there as well."I deliver results," says Hollis. "This isn't a service. We're going to be 100% successful because I'm not going to fail you, that's just not part of the equation. I've worked with everything from weight loss, to rehabilitation and performance based gains."But his biggest asset?
